Property Risk NZ provide technical health & safety risk assessment and management services across New Zealand and Back Yard Games is one of the NZ’s biggest online outdoor games companies whose purpose is to connect people through real life, old fashioned backyard games.

A super cool role is up for grabs for a super cool person to tackle anything and everything office and customer services related.

About the role

This enviable opportunity to join a small but fun team will require a master juggler to tackle some of the below responsibilities across both businesses

  • All accounts payable and receivable processing using Xero
  • First point of contact for all phone and email communication
  • Processing sales orders
  • Providing quotes
  • Co-ordinate meetings and appointments
  • Liaising with various different suppliers
  • Promotional and marketing administration
  • Project administration

About you

  • It goes without saying that you are an Admin/Customer Services star
  • You are certainly ‘not’ precious and are just has happy putting labels on boxes as you are using your creative brain with marketing material
  • You have a thirst for learning and love a challenge
  • Organisation and accuracy could be your middle names
  • You naturally have a high degree of energy and enjoy building internal and external relationships with an array of different personalities
