A super cool role is up for grabs for a super cool person to tackle anything and everything office and customer services related.
About the role
This enviable opportunity to join a small but fun team will require a master juggler to tackle some of the below responsibilities across both businesses
- All accounts payable and receivable processing using Xero
- First point of contact for all phone and email communication
- Processing sales orders
- Providing quotes
- Co-ordinate meetings and appointments
- Liaising with various different suppliers
- Promotional and marketing administration
- Project administration
About you
- It goes without saying that you are an Admin/Customer Services star
- You are certainly ‘not’ precious and are just has happy putting labels on boxes as you are using your creative brain with marketing material
- You have a thirst for learning and love a challenge
- Organisation and accuracy could be your middle names
- You naturally have a high degree of energy and enjoy building internal and external relationships with an array of different personalities
